Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on the visitor’s device and reads again on later visits. This site uses them to work and, only with your consent, for statistics and marketing.
Technical cookies (necessary)
They are needed for the site to work and do not require consent:
- cart and checkout cookies (WooCommerce), deleted when you close the browser;
- login cookies for the customer account area;
- the cookie that remembers your language (
pll_language, 12 months); - the cookie that remembers your cookie choices (6 months);
- Stripe security cookies, which protect card payments from fraud (
__stripe_mid, 12 months;__stripe_sid, 30 minutes).
On product pages and during payment, PayPal may also set technical and security cookies, under its own privacy policy (PayPal privacy).
Statistics cookies
We use them only if you accept statistics:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) counts, in aggregate form, the pages viewed, where visits come from and which devices are used. IP addresses are anonymised. The
_gaand_ga_<ID>cookies last up to 24 months. - WooCommerce notes which website or ad brought you here and, if you buy, links it to your order. The
sbjs_*cookies are deleted when you close the browser, and this information does not leave our shop.
Marketing cookies
We use them only if you accept marketing:
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) tells us whether a visit that came from one of our ads ended in a purchase. We send Google the order number and amount, not your name or contact details. Google Ads cookies start with
_gcl_and last 90 days. We do not use them to show you personalised ads. - Brevo records the pages you visit and the products you add to the cart and, if you have given us your email address, links them to it: this lets us remind you of a cart you left unfinished and send you messages that match your interests better. The
sib_cuidcookie lasts 6 months.
Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy · cookies used by Google: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
How to choose and change your mind
On your first visit the banner asks whether you want to accept everything, decline or choose. With “Preferences” you decide separately for statistics and for marketing. If you decline, only technical cookies remain. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, but without the technical ones the cart and the customer account will not work.
