Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship by courier worldwide. Within Italy, delivery takes 5–10 working days.

The cost depends on the country, and you will see it in your cart before you pay. Orders of €1,220 or more (€1,000 excluding VAT) and pieces from the Delicati line also carry shipping insurance, equal to 4% of the price of the jewellery.

In-store pickup

If you prefer, you can collect your piece in store at no delivery cost. When you order, choose Via Carlo Poerio 11 or Via Domenico Cimarosa 64, Naples.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free: we pay for the return shipping.

To request one, message us on WhatsApp at +39 366 211 1752 with your order number, and we will tell you how to send the piece back. You then have a further 14 days to ship it.

We refund the price and the shipping you paid, using the same payment method as your order, within 14 days of your request. If the piece has not reached us yet, the refund is issued when it arrives or when you send us the courier receipt.

Exchanges

Within the same 14 days you can exchange your piece for a different size or another item. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it with you.

What cannot be returned

Engraved or made-to-order pieces, rings resized at your request and gift cards cannot be returned.
