Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, including insurance where it applies, are added in your cart before you pay, as explained in Shipping and returns.

Your order

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna or bank transfer. With a bank transfer, your piece ships once the payment has reached our account. Klarna lets you pay in instalments on its own terms.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. How to do it, the costs, refund times and excluded items are set out in Shipping and returns.

Warranty

Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery is covered by the legal guarantee (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If you find one, write to us: we will repair or replace the piece, and if that is not possible we will refund you or reduce the price.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (in Italian).

Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable protection granted by the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court where you live.
