Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Ventrella (Naples), with boutiques in Via Carlo Poerio 11 and Via Domenico Cimarosa 64. For any request: info@ventrella.it.

What data we process

Registration and account data: name, email, password (encrypted), any preferences;
Order data: products purchased, billing and shipping addresses, contact details;
Payment data: handled directly by PayPal, Stripe (card payments) and Klarna; we do not store card details;
Contact data: when you write to us by email, on WhatsApp or through the forms on the site;
Technical browsing data: what the site needs to work (see the Cookie Policy);
Statistics data: only with your consent, pages viewed and where visits come from, collected with Google Analytics 4 and WooCommerce (see the Cookie Policy);
Marketing data: only with your consent, the number and amount of orders that came from our Google ads and, if you have given us your email address, the pages you visit and the products in your cart (Brevo).

Purposes and legal basis

Handling orders, shipping and customer service — performance of a contract;
Tax and legal obligations — legal obligation;
Replying to your messages — legitimate interest;
Statistics on how the site is used — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
Measuring the results of our Google ads — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
Newsletter, cart reminders and marketing emails (Brevo) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

Within the limits of the purposes above, data may be shared with: PayPal, Stripe and Klarna (payments); Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent); Brevo (newsletter and emails); couriers; technical service and hosting providers. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as the purposes above require and for the periods set by law, for example for tax and accounting obligations. Google Analytics statistics are kept for up to 24 months. The duration of each cookie is listed in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing, object to it and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, including from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
